Service Description
Interested in owning a Whitney guitar? Whether you're considering a custom commission or one of our limited completed instruments, this consultation is an opportunity to discuss your goals, tonewood options, design details, pricing, and current build timelines. Consultations are by appointment and are intended for prospective Whitney Guitars clients. The consultation fee is fully credited toward the purchase of your guitar.
Cancellation Policy
1) Pricing is for labor only and reflects an $125/hour service charge. Strings and other required parts are not included. Examples: Strings ~$13, Bone nut or saddle material ~$12, Fret wire ~$15 for standard, $35 for EVO gold or stainless. 2) The minimum charge for all jobs is $40 CDN. 3) To cancel or reschedule, we require 24 hours notice. No-shows and notice given less than 24 hours will incur a $25 fee.
