To provide every customer with the highest level of service, all visits are by appointment.

Your appointment is reserved for instrument drop-off and consultation. Following your visit, a detailed written estimate will be emailed within two business days. Repair work begins only after your approval.

Appointment Policies
 

• $80 Booking Deposit
  Required for all appointments except instrument pick-up. The deposit is credited toward your final invoice.
   

• Bench Scheduling
  We do not offer while-you-wait or same-day repairs. Each instrument is scheduled dedicated bench time to ensure every repair receives the attention it deserves.
   

• Multiple Instruments
  Please reserve one appointment for each instrument requiring service.
   

• Payment
  Payment for completed repair and setup work is by cash at instrument pick-up.
