Service Description
Our Setup + Fretwork package includes a complete fret level, re-crown, end dress and polish, along with everything included in our Basic Setup: - Fingerboard cleaning and conditioning - Restring - Tightening of hardware and replacement of minor hardware as required - Nut slot adjustment and polishing - Truss rod lubrication (where required) and adjustment - Saddle height adjustment - Intonation - Electronics check (where applicable) - Pickup height adjustment (electric instruments) - Final cleaning and polish This is a drop-off service. Following your appointment, you'll receive a detailed written estimate by email outlining any recommended work and associated costs. An $80 assessment fee is payable at the time of booking and is credited toward your final invoice should you choose to proceed with the recommended work. The assessment fee is non-refundable and covers the time required to evaluate your instrument and prepare a detailed written estimate.
Cancellation Policy
1) Pricing is for labor only and reflects an $125/hour service charge. Strings and other required parts are not included. Examples: Strings ~$13, Bone nut or saddle material ~$12, Fret wire ~$15 for standard, $35 for EVO gold or stainless. 2) The minimum charge for all jobs is $40 CDN. 3) To cancel or reschedule, we require 24 hours notice. No-shows and notice given less than 24 hours will incur a $25 fee.
